Research into cavitation phenomena in various fields shows that the elastic modulus of a boundary has a potential impact on cavitation erosion. To obtain the direct relationship between the elastic modulus of the boundary and cavitiation erosion, single-layer samples with different chemical composition and moduli, and double-layer samples with different elastic moduli and the same surface layer material, were prepared with silicone rubber. The results of cavitation experiments on single-layer samples, show that the coating chemical composition and mechanical properties together affect the cavitation morphology of the coating, and dominant factors vary with erosion stage. Through the cavitation test of double-layer samples, it was found that there is a positive correlation between the elastic modulus of the coating and the degree of cavitation. This study helps us to understand the relationship between coating elastic modulus and cavitation more directly, and provides theoretical and technical guidance for the application of anti-cavitation for elastic coating in engineering. 相似文献

Published data of the damping function of the shear relaxation modulus, h(), are reviewed. This is the ratio of the relaxation modulus measured at a finite magnitude of shear, , to that at the limit of = 0. Majority of the data are in accord with the universal function of the Doi-Edwards tube model theory, in which the damping or the decrease of h() is attributed to the contraction along the tube of extended polymer chains. The weaker damping seems to be attributed to 1) comb-branching such as in LDPE; 2) lack of entanglement in too short chains; 3) bimodal molecular weight distribution. However, a star-branching does not cause a deviation from the tube model theory and a broadness of molecular weight distribution is not a major origin of a weaker damping. A star-branched polystyrene with 15 arms exhibits no strain dependence: h() = 1. For highly entangled systems with more than 50 entanglement points per molecule, the strain dependence is stronger than that of the Doi-Edwards theory. The conductivity or bulk modulus of an isotropic composite consisting of two well-ordered isotropic phases is situated between the lower and upper bounds of Hashin and Shtrikman. This work is concerned with the construction of two new microstructures capable of realizing every conductivity or bulk modulus comprised between these bounds. The two microstructures obtained, appearing to be simpler than those presented in the literature to achieve the same purpose, have the property that the variation of the corresponding conductivity or bulk modulus is strictly monotone with respect to the geometric parameter characterizing them. Usually, oily wastewater produced from polymer flooding (OWPF) was treated by cationic polymer in oilfield. In this paper, six block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide were prepared by using N,N‐dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) as the acceptor (DMEA‐mnp and DMEA‐mnpq, n:m:p:q represented the weight ratio of different blocks). Most of DMEA products could perform well for treating OWPF, especially DMEA1231. Their performances were mainly affected by temperature. The reason of increasing oil removal performance of DMEA1231 with temperature was the decrease of interfacial dilational modulus (ε) with increasing temperature. When temperature raised up to 55°C, the ε of DMEA1231 had the minimum (1.5 l mN/m). Therefore, the OiW had the minimum (90 mg/l). Because DMEA1231 had the best performance, its flocculation kinetics was studied systemically. The results showed that the optimum condition for DMEA1231 was as follows: dosage was 300 mg/l, temperature was 55°C, stirring speed was 200 rpm and stirring time was 5 min. At last, the offshore oil field test was carried out to check the DMEA1231 performance. The result showed that at the optimum condition, DMEA1231 could perform as well as the cationic polymer. The most important thing was that flocs of DMEA1231 were not viscous and floated on the surface of the water. 以交联密度不同的同类轮胎胎面胶A1和A2为研究对象,通过动态拉伸实验得到储能模量及损耗模量随频率变化的曲线.建立了黏弹性广义Maxwell模型来定量分析不同温度的橡胶在不同频率的动态载荷下的能量损耗.采用非线性规划的方法分别在低频(10~25 Hz)及高频(25~60 Hz)下拟合模量-频率曲线,得到黏弹性广义Maxwell模型的参数值.采用有限元软件Abaqus模拟胎面胶动态拉伸过程并计算胎面胶的损耗角正切,得到不同温度下胎面胶的损耗角正切随激振频率的变化规律,通过和实验结果的比较证明文中所述黏弹性广义Maxwell模型及其参数获取方法可准确应用于胎面胶的动态拉伸性能分析.预测了在不同温度及频率下每一循环载荷周期中胎面胶的应力-应变迟滞回线以及单位体积胶料的能量损耗,阐释了不同温度下的胎面胶的能量损耗随频率的变化规律,同时结合2种胎面胶的交联密度测试数据分析了胶料的构效关系. 相似文献
